Forged at Five Towns College in New York back in 1982,\u00a0INVASION<\/b>\u00a0evolved from grinding out heavy metal covers into a fierce, original act. They quickly conquered the legendary NY club circuit, dominating venues like Sundance and L’ Amours. Their explosive energy earned them massive opening slots for heavy metal titans Motorhead, Anthrax, and Metal Church.<\/p>\n
An\u00a0INVASION<\/b>\u00a0show was total mayhem, as they armed their live performances with pyrotechnics, smoke, flamethrowers, and their signature masked men known as the “Hugos”. Driven by pure rock ‘n’ roll madness, the band later packed into a customized school bus and took their chaotic crusade to Los Angeles. There, they tore up iconic Sunset Strip venues like The Whiskey, Gazzarri’s, and the Troubadour.<\/p>\n
Now, the vault is finally open. This definitive collection features their classic, hard-hitting NY demos engineered by Bob Spencer at Tiki Studio and Long Island Sound Studio. Experience the thunderous soundtrack of a band that truly lived the wild, chaotic lifestyle of 80s metal!<\/p>\n
