This is the new album of this historical Greek metal band that was founded twenty years ago in Athens, the capital city of Greece. Power Crue has released so far two demos in 1992 and in 1993 and three full length albums. Their albums were \u201cThe Sign of Rage\u201d in 1996, \u201cStay Heavy\u201d in 1999 and \u201cNight\u2026 Mares\u201d in 2005. \u00a0So after 6 years of absence they return with their fourth album \u201cWreck the Eternal Tyranny\u201d. The style of Power Crue is classic heavy\/power metal! Their new album has a fresh sound approach while the band seems to be in a really good mood!! I really enjoyed this new album. I think it an overall good release with a good guitar work and vocals. The songs that I liked the most were \u201cMental Pestilence\u201d, \u201cConqueror of Souls\u201d and \u201cOedipus Rex\u201d. The songs \u201cModern Tyranny\u201d, \u201cNo Cimono \u2018Rcen\u201d, and \u201cYears of Perfection\u201d not only are great, but they have some beautiful solos in them, too!! I saw a couple of months ago the band performing live their songs from their entire career at Up The Hammers festival and I was really pleased with their performance. Overall this is a good album in the classic metal vein (maybe their best along with \u201cThe Sign of Rage\u201d) and the fans of classic metal stuff should invest!!
