Description
Athenian heavy metallers Black Soul Horde return with their fourth album in a row, titled Symphony of Chaos, marking their most ambitious and mature work to date.
Four years after the dark and muddy Horrors From The Void (2021), which received excellent reviews internationally and placed the band on lists of the best metal albums of the year, Black Soul Horde return with a new sonic and thematic chapter.
Symphony of Chaos explores and reinterprets modern horror stories, while weaving original narratives around mythical and legendary creatures, continuing the band’s tradition of drawing inspiration from fantasy, horror and mythology.
This time, however, Black Soul Horde dive even deeper into the horror theme, with the most original concept they have presented to date. Musically, the band dares to look towards brighter and more supersonic paths, with a strong power metal aesthetic and melodies that stay in the mind, without losing the weight and the riff-after-riff identity that has characterized them since their debut Tales Of The Ancient Ones (2013) until today.
The compositions sound more explosive and dynamic, the performances more immersive than ever, and the production gives a fresh, crystal-clear sound that highlights the material.
